  • Typically, most of our work is custom.  Therefore, we do not print orders without
    proof approval.  
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.  If
    there are no deviations between the final product and the approved proof(if
    applicable), we can not accept the return of the product.
  • Though an error on our part is rare, please let us know immediately if there has
    been one made so we can fix the mistake immediately.
  • If an issue is brought to our attention, typically we will reprint and send you the
    corrected document immediately.  However, there are certain circumstances that
    require you to send us the product back first for verification.
  • We do not guarantee exact colors.  Most monitors vary in quality, therefore what
    one  person sees might be different than what another sees.  Also, when printing
    on the magnets glossy top coat, sometimes, certain colors might print a shade or
    two lighter.
  • In regards to invitations printed by our outside vendors, once we are given proof
    approval (or you approve online), there will be no return on the product if you
    notice a error after receiving the invitations (unless of course it is a mistake on
    the part of the vendor).  However, we do offer an additional 10% discount if you
    need to reprint due to unnoticed error on your part.  Let us know immediately so
    we can assist you as soon as possible.

  • We do not do any refunds when it comes to design fees as those are for services
    rendered.
  • Save the Date magnet orders can only be cancelled before work has been
    started on the designs (i.e. online proof posting).  Orders cancelled after design
    work is completed but before proof approval will be refunded minus a $25.00
    design fee.  No order cancellations after this point due to the printing and cutting
    process.
  • Here Comes the Bride banner orders can only be cancelled within the first 24
    hours after order placement.  Due to the custom nature of these products,
    cancellation after this point is not possible as the manufacturing process has
    started.  Exchanges are at our discretion and with shipping paid by customer.
